Train with me
During my training I have been with different Handstand teachers to learn a variety of perspectives and techniques.
However, the methodology with which I have learned the most and which I apply in my own training is FIND & FIX, a training methodology created by Desko Amat.
I use this method as the base from where I start teaching to my students. It is based on understanding the anatomy and biomechanics of the body during. our handstand practice in order to train effectively and safely.
My studies in physiotherapy and knowledge in anatomy allows me to get the most out of a method based on biomechanics.
1-1 Coaching
As a teacher, my goal is to guide, accompany and teach those who want to enter or improve in this discipline so that the path is easier and thus save time, frustration and injuries.
Handstand is a discipline in which if you want to improve, it requires time and consistency with training. It is not an exercise that you can learn and master by doing an hour of weekly class with me.
Therefore, I am in charge of guiding you on how you should train on your own outside of class, but it will depend on each student to dedicate the necessary time to training to continue progressing.

As I always tell my students:
“I am the guide to show you the path, but each one must travel it for themselves.”
To do this, I teach private 1-1 classes, online or in person, with the purpose of explaining and teaching technique, corrections and exercises, ensuring that they are understood and done correctly.
Once you have assimilated the concepts and exercises, I am in charge of planning and teaching you how you should train according to the objectives you have so that the path is as easy as possible.
For me, starting to train handstand has no prerequisites on a physical level, since you can always find an exercise according to the level of each person, but it requires commitment. You have to be aware that it’s an hability that you will have to dedicate time and specific training if you really want to improve.

2- Weekly private class during 1 month
To explain technique, corrections, exercises and make sure you understand how to train

After working together for 1 month, I will be able to create a program adjusted to your needs and goals

To know your background, your training habits and what you are looking for

We will keep in touch for feedback on your trainings and updates of the program when you need
